Shelli Livingston
Owner, Transaction Coordinator
Shelli Livingston is the coordinator that any realtor would love to have on their team. She always strives to provide the best experience for her realtor partners, so that they can provide outstanding service to their clients.
Shelli has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Texas at Austin. As for real estate, it’s kind of in her blood. Her mother has been a successful realtor and broker for over 20 years. And after personally buying and selling 6 times, and being a landlord since 2008, she became more and more interested in real estate. After starting her family, Shelli decided to leave her full-time social work career to become a full-time mom to her four amazing kids. Never one to sit still, she began assisting realtors as a part-time transaction coordinator in 2011.
Since that time she has assisted on hundreds transactions from land sales and new home construction, to first time buyers and leases, and everything in between. Her professional background, flexible schedule, and attention to detail have allowed her to offer a high level of service to her realtor partners.
Alexandra Canales
Transaction Coordinator
Alexandra joined the Close Ready team in 2018. Since then she’s closed over a hundred deals with multiple agents and is now a borderline real estate guru.
She graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing and worked in cardiac and post operative care at hospitals in Kentucky and Texas. Since relocating to Austin, her family has grown and she’s now a wife and mother to three beautiful children.
All of her experience in handling the stress of the medical field, and the stress of multiple toddlers, has prepared her to be cool, calm and collected as her agents are negotiating big deals. She’s extremely organized, great at managing the details, and somehow manages to do it all with a smile. She would love the opportunity to make your next deal the next she completes on her to-do list.
Nicole Hill
Transaction Coordinator
Nicole is an energetic Transaction Coordinator that appreciates the uniqueness of agents and their clients. She strives to cater to each personality and create a workflow that displays character and efficiency.
She earned her degree in Interior Design from FIDM in California and thrived in the booming industry of merchandising model homes. Although originally entering the field as an outlet for her creativity, she quickly discovered a knack for organizing details and streamlining processes for a competent result. After 15 years in the industry, she decided it was time to start a family. She credits her daughter and son for giving her a much deeper connection to their community and the drive to relate to and serve others.
Nicole found her calling at Close Ready early in 2019. She is loving every moment utilizing her skillset, building partnerships and allowing agents to do more of what they love. Her outgoing attitude and desire to make life transitions easy make her a valuable commodity on your team.
Jordan Washington
Transaction Coordinator
Jordan joined the Close Ready team in 2020, just before the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. Since that time she has navigated the tremendous changes in the Austin real estate market, giving her an understanding of the fast-paced nature of this industry. This has helped make her ready to jump in and help her agents in any way they need.
She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education while playing collegiate softball at Midwestern State University. Jordan and her husband have lived in the Austin area since 2017. She is also very involved in college ministry and has been serving for more than ten years, allowing her to exercise her skills in organizing, equipping others, and teaching. She also loves serving in a way that makes lives easier and more efficient.
In her free time, Jordan enjoys hiking, biking, visiting national parks, and spending time with friends and family.
Siobhan Smith
Transaction Coordinator
Siobhan joined the Close Ready team in 2021. She graduated from with her Bachelors from St. Edwards University in 2014 with Bachelor of Arts in psychology and later graduated with her Masters in Biblical Counseling. She chose this career path because she loves helping others and is a natural problem solver. She also loves staying productive and always having new tasks to keep her busy.
Siobhan is a native Austinite and enjoys living here with her husband and children. Siobhan enjoys spending time with family, baking or watching a good movie in her free time.
Theresa Dickinson
Transaction Coordinator
Theresa also joined the team in 2021, but has quickly become an indispensable part of her agent’s teams. She has a Bachelors of Science in Industrial Engineering from Iowa State University and her Masters in Higher Education Administration from Santa Clara University. She worked as an Engineer for a hard drive manufacturer for 5 years where she worked to improve factory production, workflow and safety. With this job, she learned where processes can be standardized and when they need to be individualized. Theresa helped everyone in the facility through listening to their needs and working to solve their problems.
Theresa then took time away from work to raise two kids. She worked as a preschool teacher in a classroom for 3 year olds where she embraced going with the flow with what the students needed and wanted to learn about. In her free time you will find Theresa running and baking.
